Our story begins in a family shaped by strong women: sisters raised by a mother who is one of five sisters herself. Beauty was never simply about appearance; it was a ritual of self-respect, confidence, and expression. In our world, looking good was never vanity for vanity’s sake - it was empowerment. Because when you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good,  you can conquer the world. 

Our relationship with lashes started over two decades ago, long before everyday lash wear became mainstream. While lashes were reserved for special occasions for most, they became part of our daily identity. We understood early on that lashes weren’t just an accessory - they were transformation, confidence, and presence.

Our founders' personal journeys into DIY lash systems began more than 16 years ago, experimenting with early lash clusters and unconventional methods (yes, we were using hair wig glue near our eyeballs) in pursuit of something better: a longer-lasting, more effortless solution that supported real life, not just moments in front of the mirror.  That pursuit of innovation would eventually become the foundation of this brand.

In 2016, Dollhouse Beauty Parlor was founded in Seattle, Washington with a vision to redefine beauty standards through artistry, education, and innovation. As early pioneers of Permanent Cosmetics in the area, we built our reputation on elevating techniques and creating solutions that merge luxury with performance.

This lash bond continues that legacy.
